Claiming Rebates

If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from a GP or a referral from a psychiatrist, you will be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate of $128.40 per session for up to 20 sessions per calendar year. This rebate can be refunded into your bank account when payment for your session occurs. If you have a bank account linked to your Medicare card, this rebate will automatically go into your nominated account. Alternatively, please bring your bank details to your first appointment so that the rebate can go directly to your preferred account.

The rate between 10am till 4.30pm is $170 (minus the $128.40 rebate with a Mental Health Plan), leaving a gap of $41.60 per 50-minute session. Appointments that are between 4.30pm and 7pm are $190 (minus the $128.40 rebate), leaving a gap of $61.60. Please note that people are required to pay for the full cost of a session before they can receive the rebate.

Payment is required at the time of your appointment and needs to be done via MasterCard or Visa.

Appointments can be made on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 10am and 7pm.
